For eligible online purchases, consumers generally have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal. Certain products may be excluded from this right where a legal exception applies.

What Happens Next?

After receiving your request:

1. We review your request
We will check the order and the applicable return/withdrawal conditions.

2. We provide return instructions
If the return is eligible, we will provide the appropriate return instructions.

3. You return the product
Please follow the instructions provided and keep your proof of postage until the return has been processed.

4. We process your refund
For an eligible withdrawal, the refund will be processed in accordance with the applicable statutory requirements and normally using the original payment method.

Food & Grocery Products

Certain food and grocery products may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal where a legal exception applies, including certain goods that can spoil quickly or certain sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons after the seal has been removed.

However, if a grocery product arrives damaged, spoiled, defective, or otherwise does not conform to your order, please contact us promptly. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you received a damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect product, please contact us before returning it.

Please provide your order number and photographs where possible so that we can review the issue and provide the appropriate instructions.

Return Shipping

For a statutory withdrawal, the direct cost of returning the goods is generally borne by the customer where we have informed you of this obligation beforehand.

Different rules may apply where the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise does not conform to the contract.
